Initial Exams 

At the initial examination, Drs. Domann and Orfanos will be able to give you an idea of what type of orthodontic treatment will be needed. A thorough examination and a discussion of potential treatment options are all included along with an estimate of how long treatment will take and when you can start treatment.

Records

At the initial examination, records, which include digital X-rays and photos, will be taken to aid the doctors in diagnosis. Along with a clinical exam, this information will help provide a custom treatment plan for each patient. Treatment options are then discussed, and a treatment coordinator is available to go over finances.

We understand that there are varying financial concerns for our patients, and we want you to feel comfortable with this aspect of treatment. We want to work with your family to make treatment affordable, and if you prefer to spread out your payments, we offer payment plans with 0% financing. Also, for payment in full, we offer a courtesy on your treatment. Our financial coordinator has received extensive training in how best to maximize your insurance benefits. Please allow her to best assist you by notifying her of any employment or insurance changes. Lastly, most orthodontic insurances are accepted, and we can file the insurance claim on your behalf. We hope to make the financial aspect of treatment go as smoothly as possible.
